he Table Mesa Shopping Center is home to a lot of retail, services and restaurants. But it also houses an excellent culinary and pastry arts school. Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (AESCA), located at 637 South Broadway, provides students with the opportunity to pursue their dreams in the hospitality industry.
