The developers of a 13,000-square-foot Walgreens planned for south Boulder said Tuesday that they expect the pharmacy to open by the summer of 2017 at the Table Mesa Shopping Center.
Last week, the Boulder Planning Board had an opportunity to call the project up for further discussion, but declined to do so. With the call-up period having expired, city planner Chandler Van Schaack said that the development group, Evergreen Devco, will likely have the permits necessary to begin construction by November.
We are excited to announce the Table Mesa Shopping Center renovation is officially underway and it is staying on schedule. Work on a new parking lot, landscaping and lighting for phase 1 began April 25th.
Phase 1 entails redoing the entire parking lot, sidewalk and landscaping in front of the future Lucky’s Market.

Snarf’s fourth Boulder location will open at 637 S. Broadway St. at 11am on Monday, May 16.
The opening comes as the Boulder-born sandwich shop is celebrating 20 years in business.
